The funding of the CNPA activities comes primarily from the international cooperation projects implemented by its various members, from projects implemented by the partner NGOs, from the Carpathian Secretariat budget, from the Association for Natural Protected Areas in Romania. Currently, CNPA together with the Secretariat of the Carpathian Convention are exploring new ways of organizing the network, following good practice examples from other similar organizations like Alparc or DanubeParks.
